Qualys is hiring a System Administrator in Pune to run and secure its Microsoft 365 environment. You will administer the M365 tenant, licensing and service health, manage Exchange Online mailboxes, mail flow, retention and eDiscovery requests, and look after SharePoint Online and OneDrive permissions and sharing. The role also covers Proofpoint email security and phishing protection, Okta user lifecycle, SSO integrations and MFA policies, and Intune device enrolment, compliance and app deployment. You will build automations with Power Automate, help roll out Microsoft 365 Copilot securely, and support access reviews for audit compliance in an ITIL-based setup. Candidates need 3 to 6 years of hands-on Microsoft 365 administration experience along with working knowledge of Exchange, SharePoint, Okta, Intune and email security tools.
