Thermo Fisher Scientific is hiring a Systems Developer in Bengaluru to own L2 support and engineering for business-critical automations built on Microsoft Power Platform and RPA. You will take over issues escalated from L1, analyse automation code, logs, integrations and data to find root causes, fix production defects permanently, and assess the impact of application patches, upgrades and infrastructure changes on the automation estate. You will also contribute to enhancements and new builds and guide Associate Systems Developers. Candidates need 3 to 4 years of relevant experience in automation development, RPA or application support, strong hands-on Power Automate and Power Apps skills, and experience with SharePoint, Dataverse, SQL and REST API integrations. Power Automate Desktop experience and a good understanding of incident and change management are desirable.
