NTT DATA is hiring a Tier 1 Routing and Switching Networking Analyst in Noida to support customer networks around the clock. You will analyse networking issues, gather requirements and recommend options, join daily operations meetings, and make sure your sites meet service levels and compliance requirements in a 24x7x365 support model. The role needs hands-on troubleshooting of routing protocols such as RIP, EIGRP and OSPF, knowledge of network monitoring tools like Voyence and SolarWinds, and a good understanding of LAN/WAN internetworking, router platforms and wireless infrastructure, along with following change management processes. Candidates should have 1 to 3 years of network support or network operations experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
