Interns join an engineering team with a fluid structure where people get real responsibility and choose projects they enjoy. The work covers designing, developing, testing, deploying, maintaining and improving software, finding and solving bottlenecks in the software stack, and managing your own priorities, deadlines and deliverables. Candidates should be studying for a bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or a related field and be proficient in a general-purpose language such as Java, C/C++, Scala or Python. Rubrik's minimum criteria are a CGPA of 8 or above and graduation in 2027, with availability for an on-site internship in Bengaluru in the first half of 2027.
