Join GE Vernova's Power Conversion team in Chennai to validate the hardware and software of the control platform used in its drives. You will define test strategies, write test plans and test cases, build automated test scripts in Python, and run regression and new-feature testing. Testing covers hardware modules using industrial communication protocols such as EtherCAT, Modbus, Profibus, Profinet, CAN and IEC 61850, plus remote monitoring systems and loggers. You will also prepare test rigs, manage the test lab and its equipment, file bug reports and work with product managers and team leads in an Agile setup. Requirements: a bachelor's degree in Electrical or Electronics engineering and 1 to 2 years of experience in industrial product development and validation.
