Synechron is looking for a Python developer to build Generative AI applications for enterprise use cases at its Bellandur, Bengaluru centre. The work includes turning business needs into proofs of concept and reference apps, building copilots, assistants and agentic workflows, and implementing RAG solutions with vector databases, embeddings and semantic search. You will use frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel or the OpenAI and Claude SDKs, apply prompt engineering, tool calling and structured outputs, and build APIs and connectors to enterprise systems. You will also write automated tests and evaluations for quality, grounding and safety, and help application teams move prototypes toward production. The role asks for software engineering experience with hands-on development and 1 to 3 years of practical experience building Generative AI applications.
