TransUnion CIBIL is hiring an Associate Data Engineer in Pune to work on its big data environment. The role involves data ingestion, analysis, integration and data design, working with big data and NoSQL platforms such as Hadoop, MongoDB or Cassandra, and coding in Python, C/C++ or PySpark. Some Linux and Bash scripting experience is expected. In the first 90 days you will learn the platform and start contributing to team discussions; after that you will help solve more complex data and algorithm problems. This is an entry-level position for 0 to 1 years of experience, and a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Physics or a related field is required. The position is hybrid, with at least two days a week in the TransUnion office.
