Hero MotoCorp's Digital & Information Technologies function is hiring a Data Scientist in Gurugram to help deliver AI and machine learning use cases across the business. You will work with business teams to understand their needs, help develop and test ML models including Generative AI and agentic AI solutions, monitor and improve models after deployment, and coordinate with vendor teams on AI projects. Skills asked for include Python, SQL, Pandas and PySpark; statistics and supervised and unsupervised ML; NLP, LLMs, RAG, fine-tuning and prompt engineering; and data platforms such as Snowflake, Delta Lake or GCP. This is a fresher role, but it requires a master's degree from a Tier-1 college.
