Qualcomm India is hiring a Memory Circuit Design Engineer in Bengaluru within its ASIC engineering group. The role focuses on embedded memory design, including compiler-based development of SRAM and ROM, bit cell characteristics (static noise margin, write margin, cell and standby current, data retention), and the effect of process variation on memory design. You will work on digital and memory circuit design and layouts, critical path analysis, and help define, verify and document IP for low-power, high-performance products alongside cross-functional teams. Minimum qualifications: a bachelor's degree in Science or Engineering with 2+ years of ASIC design, verification or integration experience, or a master's with 1+ year, or a PhD. Around 2 years of memory design experience is preferred.
