PTC is hiring a Systems Analyst in its Pune IT Infrastructure Operations team to support and maintain enterprise VMware, Windows and Linux infrastructure. Daily work includes administering vSphere (vCenter, ESXi hosts, clusters, datastores), running health checks, monitoring capacity, resolving alerts and ServiceNow tickets, and handling the full VM lifecycle from provisioning to decommissioning. You will troubleshoot HA/DRS clusters, vSphere networking and SAN/NAS storage, carry out ESXi and vCenter patching and upgrades, fix security findings and automate routine tasks with scripts, all within change and incident processes. The role suits someone with 3 to 5 years (around 4) of infrastructure or systems administration experience who wants to grow in virtualization, automation and hybrid cloud on Azure, AWS and OpenShift.
