Amazon's HW Compute Group in Bengaluru is hiring a System Development Engineer for its Neural Network Accelerator (NNA) / EdgeAI team, which runs vision and language models directly on Amazon devices. You will contribute to the software stack that compiles, deploys and runs models on Amazon's in-house neural accelerators: the ML compilation pipeline (quantization, graph lowering, kernel selection, packaging), the on-device inference runtime, and the release and validation infrastructure. The role needs a bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field, at least 3 years of experience in ML systems, embedded software or release engineering, strong C, C++ or Python skills, Linux/Unix experience, and hands-on work with CI/CD pipelines and build systems. Knowledge of ML fundamentals, embedded ML runtimes or compilers, and device-side debugging (kernel logs, ADB, tracing) is preferred.
