Johnson & Johnson's DePuy Synthes business is hiring a Financial Analyst in India to support the DS International Office Finance Manager. The role covers financial planning, reporting, compliance and finance transformation work for the DS International Regional Office: preparing financial analysis, coordinating reporting cycles, supporting financial controls, and helping standardise and improve processes. You will work closely with FP&A, Global Services, Tax and Regional Finance teams and gain broad exposure to planning, accounting, reporting and compliance in a global, fast-moving setting. Candidates need 2 to 4 years of experience in finance, accounting, FP&A or business partnering; a professional finance qualification such as ACCA, CIMA, CPA or CMA is valued. This is an individual contributor role with a hybrid work arrangement, based in Bengaluru or Mumbai.
