Citi is hiring Fraud Operations Specialists in Pune and Gurugram for its operations support team. The role provides day-to-day operations support such as record and documentation maintenance, account maintenance, imaging and account opening in coordination with the core operations team, and acts as a link between operations staff, relationship managers, project managers and clients. You will follow set procedures to complete complex assignments, investigate and resolve problems, carry out basic analysis, help with special projects and support training of new joiners, while managing and reporting control issues transparently. The role asks for 0 to 3 years of relevant experience, advanced Excel (including AI features) and Power BI, and an understanding of US retail banking; credit card process experience and Lean certification are preferred. This is a hybrid role.
