Synchrony, the US consumer financing company, is hiring an HR Supplier Specialist (Analyst, HR Supplier Management) in Hyderabad. You will support the HR supplier management team across the full supplier lifecycle, from onboarding and payments to monitoring and offboarding, and act as the HR team's go-to person for Synchrony's supplier management programme. The work includes identifying, reporting and managing supplier risks, supporting oversight activities, and working with Finance, Sourcing, Supplier Risk Management, Regulatory, Compliance and Audit teams to keep supplier processes compliant with company policy. Requirements: a bachelor's degree with 1 to 3 years of experience in vendor or supplier management (or 3 to 5 years without a degree), about 1 year of working knowledge of Coupa, and good Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills.
