GE Vernova is hiring a Preboarding Specialist for its North America (NAM) HR operations, based in Chennai, Bengaluru or Noida. You will handle the transactional side of offer letters for new hires, following a defined set of steps so that people joining the business have a smooth start. Day-to-day work includes collecting details from HR, hiring managers and Talent Acquisition to prepare accurate offer letters, and delivering requests on time under the guidance of the offer team leader while meeting legal and company policy requirements. The role needs a bachelor's degree in a related area (or a high school diploma with at least 3 years of relevant experience), strong attention to detail, a customer-service mindset, good organisation and time management, and excellent written and spoken English.
