Axis Bank is hiring Business Development Associates (Officer Sales) for its Liability Sales team in New Delhi, Chennai, Visakhapatnam and Kolkata. Liability Sales sources retail and corporate deposits, salary and non-salary accounts, trust accounts and forex business through branches across India. As part of the bank's front-line sales force, you will find and win new customers, sell banking, investment and third-party products based on customer needs, deepen relationships with existing customers, handle customer queries, and record all activity in the CRM while following KYC and SEBI rules. This is a pure sales role with monthly targets, daily customer outreach and travel. Graduates with up to 2 years of experience (including those with less than 1 year) can apply; good spoken and written English and the local language are required.
