Axis Bank is hiring a Gold Loan Officer in Kolkata for its Rural Lending (Gold) business, responsible for gold loan operations in the branch. You will keep a smooth working relationship with the branch banking team so gold loan cases are processed without delays, recruit, train and onboard ASL executives and motivate them to grow the gold loan portfolio through the branch channel, and make sure the ASL and branch teams follow all compliance and operational processes. The role is also measured on portfolio profitability (pricing and fees in the territory), productivity benchmarks, low attrition and meeting the business numbers set by the central team. The bank asks for 2 to 4 years of experience; this is an individual contributor role reporting to the Branch Operations Head, with sales and portfolio targets.
