UKG is hiring an IT Software Engineer focused on ServiceNow for its Bengaluru team. Working as an independent contributor, you will configure, build and support ServiceNow applications across modules such as ITSM, ITOM, SPM, WSD and EA. Day-to-day work includes writing Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies and Script Includes, creating flows in Flow Designer, and building integrations through REST/SOAP APIs, the MID Server and Integration Hub. You will also troubleshoot platform defects and performance issues, turn business requirements into technical designs, support upgrades and patches, and keep technical documentation current.
Eligibility: 3 to 5 years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience, strong server-side and client-side JavaScript, a good grasp of the ServiceNow data model, ACLs and roles, experience with at least two major modules, and familiarity with Agile/Scrum. ServiceNow CSA/CAD certifications and exposure to ATF or CI/CD pipelines are a plus. This is a regular, hybrid position.
