Meta is looking for an ASIC Engineering Intern to join its Release to Production Engineering team (Infra Silicon Enablement) in Bengaluru. The team develops and supports ASIC solutions for Meta's data centres. As an intern you will work across the silicon lifecycle, from architecture and design inputs to pre-silicon validation, bring-up, post-silicon characterisation and fleet deployment. You will build validation and automation tools such as diagnostics, performance analysis and debug tools, root-cause silicon issues, and feed production insights back into next-generation designs.
Eligibility: currently pursuing (or holding) a Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or a related field, with coursework in computer architecture or electrical engineering, experience debugging and analysing silicon products, and skills in Linux, Python and C/C++. You must intend to return to your degree after the internship. A Master's or PhD and exposure to PCIe, DDR/HBM, I2C/SPI or ASIC validation are preferred. Internships last 12 to 16 weeks.
