Medtronic, a global healthcare technology company, is hiring an Apprentice (Non-Tech) in the Gurugram region. After intensive training on Medtronic therapies and products, the apprentice supports case work in operation theatres and meets customers. Duties include product implant support during live surgeries, training hospital staff and surgeons on equipment, running product demos and application support, handling related logistics, helping the team with technical and clinical discussions, and taking part in regional workshops and conferences. Regular documentation of field coverage, training and demos is expected.
Eligibility: B.Pharm or Biomedical Engineering freshers; no prior experience required. You should be self-motivated, able to work independently and in a team, and willing to travel extensively within the region, often at short notice, as this is a field-based role.
This is an entry-level apprenticeship that gives broad exposure to Medtronic's business development and application functions.
