Mercedes-Benz Financial Services India, the group's NBFC arm in Pune, is looking for a Financial Accounting Specialist in its Finance Operations & Governance team. You will handle monthly, half-yearly and annual book closing, prepare and review balance sheets, P&L statements and schedules under IFRS for group reporting and under Ind AS for regulatory reporting, and keep the chart of accounts in line with headquarters guidelines. The job includes preparing and filing periodic statutory and regulatory returns on time, supporting statutory and internal audits with schedules and disclosures, following up on audit observations, and documenting internal controls over financial reporting (ICOFR). You will also review statutory remittances and inter-company reconciliations. Candidates need at least 3 years of experience across financial accounting areas and working knowledge of the regulatory environment for NBFCs and financial services. Full-time role with an immediate start.
