EY's Forensic & Integrity Services team in Noida is hiring an Associate Consultant for due diligence and background research. You will help clients check third parties by researching individuals and companies through proprietary databases and public sources, and flag integrity, reputation and background risks before they enter business relationships. Knowledge of red flags in third-party dealings and of laws and guidelines such as the FCPA, UK Bribery Act and OFAC rules is expected. The role suits people who enjoy desktop research and writing clear findings. You should have a B.Com or BBA, 2+ years of due diligence or research experience, excellent English, good MS Office skills, and be hardworking and quick to learn.
