Synchrony is hiring Collections Representatives in Hyderabad for its pre-charge-off collections team. You will handle inbound and outbound calls with customers whose accounts are past due, find out why payments were missed, and agree suitable repayment plans before accounts are charged off. The job includes helping customers with payment methods, updating and documenting accounts accurately, working manual collection queues, and following collections standards, regulations and customer experience guidelines while meeting productivity targets. Freshers and candidates with up to 3 years of experience can apply; undergraduates and graduates are eligible. Excellent spoken English is required, and the role works rotational night shifts.
