Decathlon is hiring Omni Sport Advisors for its stores in Navi Mumbai, Gurugram (DLF Summit Plaza) and Bengaluru (Whitefield). You will welcome customers, understand what they need and suggest the right products and services, such as buyback, repair and maintenance or personalisation, across the store, website and app. Advisors also promote sport by joining and building local sports communities, telling customers about Decathlon events, and keeping the store well stocked and presented. The role suits people who play a sport regularly and enjoy helping others get into it. It is a permanent, full-time entry-level job for candidates with less than 2 years of experience, and no specific education level is required.
