Amazon is hiring a Quality Service Associate (QSA) for its Fire TV and Tablets organisation in Chennai. The main job is to run test case instructions on new software builds, report bugs accurately and deliver test results on time.
Day to day you will execute test cases for software builds, follow testing procedures and guidelines for each new release, carry out regression and repetitive testing to qualify builds without compromising quality, capture results with software tools, and share individual status reports. Any failures or doubts during test execution are raised and closed through a clarification portal within the agreed SLAs.
Eligibility: a Bachelor's degree and knowledge of QA methods and tools. Experience testing consumer devices is preferred. Suitable for freshers. Full-time position.
