Citi is hiring a Banking Operations Specialist in Pune. You will follow set procedures to complete complex operations tasks and solve problems that need investigation and research, do basic analysis and manage workflow, and support a wide range of banking products and services. As you grow in the role you may act as a subject matter expert, help train new joiners, guide junior colleagues and share work across the team. You will also pass relevant information to senior managers and help reduce operational loss by assessing risk and following laws, regulations and Citi policy. Up to 3 years of relevant experience is expected. This is a hybrid role.
