You will attract, screen and interview candidates, recommend internal and external candidates for entry-level and experienced roles, and promote Teleperformance as a good place to work. Other tasks include running pre-employment tests, checking references, conducting exit conversations with candidates who decline offers, giving feedback to unsuccessful applicants, and helping with job ads and postings. The role expects good knowledge of recruitment practice, the ability to plan your own workload with little guidance, and in some cases guiding less experienced colleagues. Strong communication and organisation skills are important.
