You will build sourcing channels for gold loan leads by tying up with dealers, DSAs and brokers, and work closely with the branch to grow gold loan business. The role involves meeting business targets while keeping the business profitable, running sales promotions as per bank norms, holding local activities to raise brand visibility, and making sure the product is known in every potential market area. 2-3 years of experience in gold loans with an NBFC or bank, such as Muthoot, Manappuram or IIFL, is preferred.
