Kotak Mahindra Bank's Tractors and Farm Equipment business in Mumbai is hiring Product Associates. You will help design and launch new loan products and improvements, research the market and competitors, and write product notes, policy documents, process flows and business requirement documents. The job means working with credit, operations, technology, sales, risk, compliance and marketing teams, tracking product performance, volumes and profitability, supporting UAT for system changes, and building MIS reports, dashboards and presentations. You will also help create training material for sales and operations teams. Candidates should be graduates or postgraduates (MBA preferred) with 1-4 years in product, strategy or financial services, ideally in lending or rural finance, and strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
