Kotak Mahindra Bank is hiring a Sales Associate for its Tractors and Farm Equipment finance business in Thanjavur. You will handle the existing tractor loan portfolio and manage the full loan process for new and used tractor customers, follow up EMI and overdue customers for collection, and open up new market areas to grow sales. Building good relationships with dealers, DSAs and existing customers is a key part of the job. At least 6 months of experience in commercial vehicle or tractor loan sales is required, along with knowledge of local dealerships, refinance and the documents needed for vehicle loans, and the drive to meet loan targets.
