Mahindra & Mahindra is hiring a Data Scientist at its Chakan location to work on enterprise-wide AI initiatives. You will turn business problems into analytical frameworks and then build, deploy and tune machine learning models, statistical frameworks and data pipelines. Depending on the project, work can span predictive modelling, segmentation, recommendation systems, NLP and computer vision, along with feature engineering, model evaluation and data exploration to produce actionable insights. You will present findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders and manage your own timelines with cross-functional teams.
Requirements: B.E./B.Tech/M.Tech with 3–5 years of hands-on experience in data science, ML or analytics; strong Python and SQL; experience with libraries such as scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch or XGBoost; solid grasp of supervised and unsupervised learning, A/B testing and statistical modelling; and experience handling structured and unstructured data at scale.
