VOIS (Vodafone Intelligent Solutions) is hiring a Cloud Operations Specialist in Bengaluru to manage and support cloud platforms including VMware vSphere, Tanzu, NSX and Ericsson Cloud Native Infrastructure Solution (CNIS). You will handle incident, change, problem and service-request management across multi-vendor cloud environments, troubleshoot critical platform issues, apply security controls and fix vulnerabilities, and evaluate software releases, firmware updates and patches. The role also involves planning and coordinating infrastructure upgrades and lifecycle activities across several Vodafone markets, working with design, engineering and delivery teams.
Requirements: at least 2 years of hands-on system or cloud administration experience, strong knowledge of Ericsson CNIS, and experience in cloud or infrastructure operations. Good stakeholder and vendor management and the ability to juggle priorities across markets are expected.
