Amazon is hiring Associates for its ML Data Operations team (GO-AI Operations) in Hyderabad. You will create training data for machine-learning models by performing precise 2D segmentation and annotation of people, robots and carts in RGB, thermal and grayscale images using tools such as CVAT and SageMaker Ground Truth. Tasks include marking objects within defined regions of interest, separating overlapping or partly hidden objects, reviewing annotations for defects, flagging edge cases, and meeting weekly accuracy and productivity targets while following SOPs and data-security rules. New hires go through training and nesting phases with qualification assessments.
Requirements: a bachelor's degree. The team works 24x7 with rotational 9-hour shifts (including nights, with night-shift allowance as per policy) and rotational weekly offs; shift timings may change every 3–4 months. Willingness to work weekends and holidays is preferred.
