Asian Paints is hiring a frontline Sales Executive for Wood Finishes in Panchkula. You will grow sales of wood coatings — from melamine to high-end PU — in your territory by building and managing a network of dealers, contractors, applicators, furniture makers, architects and consumers. The job involves helping dealers drive sales volume, running activations, product sampling, shop meets and trainings, sharing leads with retail and projects teams, rolling out promotional schemes, resolving dealer and consumer complaints on time, and supporting marketing with product trials and market feedback.
Requirements: a full-time graduate degree in any stream (BA/B.Sc/B.Com/BBA/BBM/BMS) with at least 50% marks throughout and no backlogs; MBA/PGDM in sales and marketing is preferred. Freshers can apply; 1–2 years of sales experience is desirable. Field role with target-based sales.
