Kotak Mahindra Bank is hiring a Team Member for its Gold Loans business in Kolkata. You will source new gold loan customers and meet acquisition targets, appraise and value gold ornaments as per bank guidelines, process applications with complete documentation, verify KYC and stay compliant with regulations. The role also covers disbursement, renewal, part-payment, closure and release of pledged gold, safe custody of ornaments, following up on renewals, overdue accounts and repayments, cross-selling other products, and maintaining branch registers and MIS reports.
Requirements: a graduate in any discipline with 0–3 years of experience in gold loans, banking, NBFCs, financial services, retail sales or customer service. Freshers with strong customer-handling skills may be considered; knowledge of gold appraisal is an advantage.
