Siemens Limited is hiring a Corporate Citizenship (CSR) Professional based at Kalwa in Thane (Mumbai region). You will design, plan, implement, monitor and review CSR projects, prepare programme and finance reports, budgets and impact assessments, and work with stakeholders including business teams, employees, management, government departments, NGOs and educational institutions. The role also covers engaging implementation partners and beneficiaries, identifying project partners and resource agencies, and creating internal and external communication for projects. You should be ready to travel across India as projects require.
Requirements: a B.E. in any stream plus a Master's in Social Work, Social Sciences, Development Studies or a related field, and 3–5 years of experience in the development sector with project-management skills. Good communication skills and comfort with MS Office are expected; using technology in projects is a plus.
