Hitachi Energy is hiring a Supplier/Contractor Qualification Specialist in Bengaluru. You will carry out supplier qualification and support audits, assess suppliers against defined criteria, and handle material purchase requests to the required specifications, price, delivery and terms in line with company purchasing policies. The job includes reporting on KPIs, supporting negotiations and price-list renewals, evaluating bids, raising supply orders in the ERP system, tracking deliveries and invoice processing, and monitoring supplier performance on delivery time, quality and lead time.
Requirements: a graduate or postgraduate degree in any field with 2–4 years of experience and basic knowledge of SAP, Ariba and Microsoft Office. Experience with the JAGGAER tool is preferred. Strong stakeholder management is expected.
