SS&C Technologies is hiring Financial Services Operations Representatives for its Transfer Agency team at the Airoli office in Navi Mumbai. You will provide transaction-processing services for a mutual fund client: after formal training, you will process service requests such as purchases, redemptions, account maintenance and new account set-up, carry out daily account activities accurately, review transactions for quality and escalate concerns when needed. You will be expected to meet and exceed quality and productivity targets as part of a team with a strong focus on detail and customer service.
Requirements: 3 to 15 years of experience in transfer agency or financial services operations. This is a night-shift role based in the office.
