Axis Bank is hiring a Branch Relationship Officer (BRO) for its branch banking team in Mysuru. You will offer the bank's retail banking and third-party products to new and existing customers in the branch, add new customers through referrals and customer visits, and cross-sell to customers mapped to your portfolio against assigned budgets. The role includes processing customer transactions and service requests within turnaround times, working as a teller for cash transactions when needed, and moving customers to internet, mobile and WhatsApp banking. Knowledge of KYC and anti-money-laundering rules is needed.
Requirements: a graduate or postgraduate from a recognised institute with 2–4 years of relevant experience, strong communication and customer-service skills, sales ability and high accuracy when handling cash and documents.
