Kotak Mahindra Bank is hiring a Gold Loan Relationship Officer in Morbi. You will develop sourcing channels to generate gold loan leads, including tie-ups with dealers, DSAs and brokers, and work closely with the branch channel to grow the gold loan business. The role involves business planning, achieving business targets while keeping the business profitable, running sales promotion activities within bank norms, making sure the product is known and available across your market, and organising retail activities to increase brand visibility and customer contact points.
Requirements: 2–3 years of experience is preferred, ideally with gold loan NBFCs or lenders such as Muthoot, IIFL, Manappuram or similar. This is a target-driven field sales role.
