Marsh, the global insurance broking and risk advisory firm, is hiring Applications Development Interns in Pune for an AI-focused internship. Interns will help design, build, integrate and support AI-enabled solutions for the Insurance Broking and Employee Benefits business, working with cross-functional teams across the full solution lifecycle. Typical work includes writing prompts and validating AI outputs, building features with modern programming languages and tech stacks, and documenting the technical reasons behind design choices. Eligibility: B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science, IT or a related field with at least 60% aggregate, graduating in 2027. A solid understanding of AI/ML concepts and hands-on programming experience are expected; prompt engineering, digital literacy, adaptability and strong critical and analytical thinking are preferred. The internship is hybrid, with at least three days a week in the Pune office.
