Harman is hiring a Software Engineer in Pune to help design and build new software, from prototypes and functional code through testing and implementation. Day to day you will develop software models in modern C++, work with Qt/QML, and partner with system engineers so that the models match system behaviour and requirements. You will take part in code reviews, testing and debugging to keep quality high, and keep up with new model-based development tools and techniques. The role reports to an Engineering Manager. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in Electronics, E&TC or a related field, 2 to 5 years of experience in model-based software development, strong C++ skills, a good grasp of software engineering principles, and good problem-solving and communication skills.
