You will create and process purchase requisitions, pick the right buying channel (catalog, guided buying, free text, spot buy or sourcing event), check catalog content and pricing, and convert requisitions to purchase orders after compliance checks. The role also covers PO amendments and closures, tracking orders and following up with suppliers on deliveries, keeping PR-PO logs, and supporting invoice-to-pay tasks such as goods receipt tracking, invoice blocks and 3-way match escalations.
