Indian Hotels Company Limited (IHCL), the Tata Group hospitality company behind Taj, is hiring a Human Resources Executive for Taj Alibaug Resort & Spa in Maharashtra. The role covers day-to-day HR operations at the hotel: HRMS administration, monthly HR reports to corporate standards, annual and monthly training calendars with department heads, statutory compliance, the performance management process, employee relations and staff welfare activities. You will also handle contract labour administration, liaise with the staff union and management, run town hall meetings, support community development activities and oversee the staff cafeteria. Candidates need a graduate degree, MBA or PG diploma in HR (or other relevant education) and 2 to 3 years of work experience. Fluent English is required and the regional language is preferred.
