Eaton is hiring an Apprentice for its IT Development Program in Pune, working as an apprentice Scrum Master for agile teams on observability, Dynatrace, AIOps and service reliability. You will run daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews and retrospectives, help product owners groom and prioritise the backlog, track sprint progress, and keep Jira or Azure DevOps boards and metrics up to date. You will also coordinate Dynatrace onboarding, dashboards and alert work, track dependencies with platform teams, and help organise workshops on service health and telemetry. Requirements: bachelor's degree in CS, IT or engineering; 0-2 years of experience in IT, development, project coordination or agile settings; basic knowledge of Scrum and Kanban; strong communication and MS Office skills.
