Razorpay is hiring an Analyst, Business Operations in Bengaluru to support onboarding for its payroll platform as a customer onboarding associate. You will talk to new customers during setup, guide them step by step through payroll onboarding, track and report each account's progress, give visibility on onboarding status and expected closures, and work with internal teams to escalate issues or gather inputs. Requirements: clear basic communication skills, working knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets (VLOOKUP, filters, formatting), a fast-learning and detail-oriented approach, and the ability to document work and project closures. Prior customer onboarding, support or operations experience, and exposure to payroll, HR, SaaS or fintech tools, are a plus. Full-time; the role requires working from the Bengaluru office.
