Deutsche Bank is hiring an Operations Analyst (AYST) in Pune to review recorded voice logs between client relationship managers and clients. You will check that trade details were discussed and agreed correctly, listen to conversations in English and Chinese (Mandarin and/or Cantonese), and record agreed details in English in product-specific templates. The role includes flagging missing or unclear details, escalating exceptions on time, meeting daily SLAs and cut-offs, doing quality checks, preparing control and production reports, and backing up peers. Requirements: bachelor's degree, ability to understand spoken Chinese and financial terms, good business English, strong attention to detail and MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Knowledge of trade lifecycle or wealth products is a plus. Open to freshers and up to about 2 years' experience.
