You will source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals and networking, write job postings, run first-round screening calls to judge technical and cultural fit, and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers. The role also covers keeping the recruitment database up to date, following up with candidates to give them a good experience, building a talent pipeline for future roles and helping with employer branding. Requirements: 6 months to 2 years of IT recruitment experience, knowledge of sourcing methods, understanding of IT roles and technologies, strong communication skills and a bachelor's degree in HR, business administration or a related field. ATS experience is a plus.
