Cisco Meraki's Network Connectivity team in Bengaluru is hiring a firmware-focused Software Engineer to work on cloud-managed switches, routers and wireless access points. You will develop and troubleshoot networking software on Linux in line with Cisco's design thinking principles. The team is looking for 1–4 years of experience, a solid grasp of network fundamentals and L2/L3 protocols, proficiency in C/C++ (including STL) and Python, Linux fundamentals, Git, and good troubleshooting skills for networking and system issues. A CCNA is preferred but not mandatory. A good fit for early-career engineers who enjoy low-level networking work.
