Citi is hiring a Data/Information Management Analyst in Bengaluru, a developing professional role in its Decision Management function. You will monitor, assess and analyse processes and data, spot inconsistencies, interpret results and recommend changes to policies, procedures or practices, while reporting control issues transparently. Requirements: 2–5 years of relevant experience with SAS, SQL and data analytics; a banking background with cards knowledge is preferred; familiarity with analytics tools such as SAS E-Miner, Knowledge Seeker or SPSS; and the ability to work with people outside your direct team. Big data and machine learning experience with R or Python is a definite plus. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Hybrid work.
